For those of you who have followed the ATF 41-P proposed rule you know that the ATF is considering requiring additional paperwork and documentation supporting Form 4 and Form 1 applications for entity submittals. Hearing Protection Act of 2015

US Representative Matt Salmon of Arizona introduced H.R. 3799 that would remove suppressors from the list of firearms controlled by the National Firearms Act.
